🔁 Refund & Return Policy – Aarthi Fashion Jewellery

At Aarthi Fashion Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality one gram gold jewellery, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We offer returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
It should be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
All tags, boxes, and invoices must be intact.
Return is applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.

⚠ Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like earrings may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

🔁 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified via email/WhatsApp.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be made to the original payment method or through UPI/bank transfer (for COD orders).

💰 Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized jewellery
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Clearance or final sale items

🚚 Exchange Policy

In case of size or model issues (where applicable), you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

📍 Shipping for Returns

If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.
For other cases, return shipping must be handled by the customer.
